Personality: Setsaru is quite mature for his age.He's usually calm and collected ,however this is mostly due to his actual timid nature.Setsaru is really shy because of his unfamiliarity with social interactions.This is because of the fact that during his childhood he was nor capable nor allowed to interact with his peers.This also has made him quite blunt and sometimes even awkward.Setsaru really likes being around people but as his main sense (explained further as special ability) can confuse him within crowds and even cause him to pass out because of information overload ,he prefers groups of few.Setsaru also feels better during nights for a direct sunlight causes pain to his eyes.His habit to observe ,prefer having few people around and leave house mostly during the dark hours has made him a legend among couples seeking solitude.This is yet another thing that Setsaru doesn't understand - what the hell are they doing and what does the words they scream out so commonly when noticing him creeping mean?

History/reason (why he have this ability:(Setsaru was born with completely black eyes ,at first it was considered that he is blind but later ,when he grew a bit older it was obvius that he orient in the room better than anyone else at his age.(I'll explain this further).There is multiple theory why his eyes are black like that his parents were cursed or it has something to do with clans like Hyuuga or Uchiha.This is not realy a clan ,just the ability or deffect Setsaru was born with.He is the first and only man that is born with these eyes and reson for that is still and most likely to be unknown.

Ability:User is blind in a way ,while he actualy can see with something he calls 6th sense because he sees or feels everything arround him by seeing the aura or glow that reflects in different colour from every material so he can detect what's arround him and what is it made from but can't see colours so he can't read.His eyes are also extremely sensitive to light so he must cover them.He is also capable to see ,or detect trough thin objects.His ability to smell and taste is pretty weak and he is immune to most of genjutsu because he havent seen the world the way everybody else does.Also because of the fact that this sense is connected to his chakra stream he can't have more than 1 element and is quite crappy at ninjutsu.

Downsides(if any:(Is unable to read ,doesnt see color ,can have only one chakra element ,can't learn too many ninjutsu (excluding the academy ones max 5),unable to use any type of genjutsu ,eyes are extremely sensitive to light ,has weak ability to taste and smell.

I can post this as a clan ,however I'd say its more of an anomaly than a bloodline.

History:Setsaru's mother were jounin but his father ANBU.Setsaru was born blind (kinda) so his mother left her job to take care of him but his father died durring a mission at enemy village where he sacrificed himself to protect his teammate who was escorting the stolen information.Later when Setsaru grew up he wanted to join shinobi academy but since he was blind and unable to read it was restricted.About then Setsaru's father's friend and teammate whos life he had saved had become an important person in the village and helped Setsaru to join academy.Setsaru graduated and now is genin.

Rp Sample:Setsaru entered a forest clearing.It was early morning and gently raining.Some sunshine's could be seen breaking trough the greyish clouds.Air seemed light and carried scent of freshness.Setsaru was returning home from a late night walk.These is his favorite type of weather so he slowed his pace enjoying every draw of breath and every step made withing the moisture grass.He could feel the light around him as a warmth however it felt pleasant.He usually hates being in the sun but this time it was different.It felt nice.Althought Setsaru was incapable of seeing he had always dreamed to see a rainbow.He didn't knew if it was there but never-the-less he raised his head up hoping he'll feel something.All of a sudden a raindrop punded his nose and made him look down again.Setsaru smiled and restored his pace leaving the clearing and returning to the path trough forest ,leaving him home.

Let's start by one thing at a time ,shall we?
1. I'm not sure of the village choice ,just toss me in whichever village you guys consider necessary.
2. I wouldn't call Setsaru a sensory ninja.It's his abilities to taste and smell that are weakened.As for the sight - he's blind in the terms we perceive it normally.I can give further explanations if necessary.
I also added a picture ,if a description is necessary just tell me where to put it and I'll make one.
3.I'm pretty sure I did use the sites template(https://narutonextgeneration.canadian-forum.com/t1-character-template).
One of the examples seems to miss some fields.

If there's anything else ,I'll be glad to answer.

P.s. I know there are many grammar mistakes in my characters history and ability description as it has been copied from one of my early works but I intend to correct them sometime later.
