In all fairness & tranquility; some jutsus will be banned from RP. I have taken a great amount of time reviewing, discussing and deciding which jutsus will be banned.

Some jutsus will be forbidden in the countries, meaning you may learn them through a LOT of hard work... yet if you use them, you will be punished by your higher authorities.
